We are able to offer different solutions for groups who wish to travel between Tahiti and Moorea depending on the size, date, scheduled and all other specificity for each group.

In order to help us answering in detail to your request , please send us a description of all the requirements:
- Size of the group and composition (adults, Child….)
- One way or round trip flight (Tahiti-Moorea-Tahiti)
- Dates and scheduled
- Connecting flights
- And any information that can be of use in designing a solution.


• Air Moorea has the capacity to transport up to 80 passengers divided out of 4 Twin Otter flights over one hour maximum duration in addition to the scheduled flights.

• For large group (up to 200 passengers), transportation will be realised by charter flights, scheduled flights, or a combination of both.

It will be specified whether it is a group request or an allotment request for further commercialisation.
Alternative choices can be offered, and each of them may have a different fare.


Specific additional conditions will be determined on a case by case basis.

- 10% non refundable deposit at reservation to secure your booking
- 30% non refundable deposit of the total amount for the group will have to be paid to Air Moorea one month before the travel date of the group
- The balance will be due one week before departure on the following bank account :

Dedicated to private requests, VIP, incentives and groups on every islands in French Polynesia.
Different options are available :
- Twin Otter DHC6, which capacity is 19 passengers.
- Super Beechcraft king B200 which can transport up to 9 passengers. The aircraft are more often equipped in VIP configuration of 7 leather armchairs very comfortable and luxurious.

- 10% non refundable deposit at reservation
- 30% non refundable deposit one month before the departure date.
- The total payment will have to be carried out one week before the departure of the chartered flight.
- The list of the passenger names will have to be communicated to Air Moorea at the latest one week before the departure.
- No ticket issuance.
